Free Standard Shipping Minimum

Receive free standard shipping (not including applicable taxes and duties) for orders placed within Canada and the continental United States valued at over $250 USD before tax.*

Shipping Methods

Orders placed via Standard Shipping are typically packed and shipped out from our Canadian headquarters within 7-10 business days . Please note that during promotional periods and over the holiday season we process a higher volume of orders and longer shipping and delivery delays are expected.

Express orders placed by 4am EST ship out the same business day. Express orders placed after 4am EST or on the weekend will ship the next business day.

*Please note: Weather conditions and carrier operations can impact delivery speeds. We deploy orders fast, but once they’re in the carrier’s hands, the mission is theirs to complete.

Standard and/or Express shipping are not available in all countries. Available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed in local currency at checkout. Free and/or reduced shipping promotions will be applied at checkout.

*Orders placed outside of Canada or the United States will be subject to applicable taxes and duties upon delivery. Marathon is not responsible for any customs/duties charged to a customer. Notifications of any outstanding payments will be provided by the courier. If customs/duties are not paid by the

customer within the timeline provided by the courier, your order will be returned to our Canadian headquarters and will be refunded less applicable shipping costs.

Please note: Marathon is not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Contact the third-party shipper for any shipping issues that arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.

Do you ship to my country?

www.marathonwatch.com services North America, South America, Central America, Asia, Oceana and the Middle East. However there may be countries that we do not ship.

How much does shipping cost?

Marathon Watch Company offers free standard shipping on orders over $250USD within the United States and Canada.

Otherwise, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Can I choose a different shipping provider?

We’ve searched high and low, and our provider offers the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates. We do not offer alternative shipping methods than those listed at checkout.

Can I update my shipping address?

Once an order has been placed it is not always possible for us to update your shipping information prior to shipment.

Please reach out to our customer service team as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes to your order if we can.

While we do our best to update orders whenever possible, Marathon is ultimately not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Can I reroute my shipment?

Please reach out to our customer service team as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes to your order if we can. However, once an order has been shipped from our Canadian headquarters, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order.
