SHOT Show (Las Vegas) Giveaway 2025 - Terms & Conditions
1.1. The SHOT Show (Las Vegas) Giveaway 2025 (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Canada or the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of Marathon Watch Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period:2.1. The Giveaway will take place at the SHOT Show 2025 event from January 21st, 2025 to January 24th, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter:3.1. Participants can enter the Giveaway by visiting the following online entry form: https://forms.gle/ejuaG2Vk86aGFJ1P8 and submitting a valid email address.
3.2. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period.
3.3. By entering the Giveaway, participants automatically agree to receive additional marketing emails from Marathon Watch Company, as indicated on the entry form.
4. Prize:
4.1. The Giveaway prize consists of one (1) "41mm Original SAR w/ Date (OSAR-D) on 3-Piece Rubber Strap Kit in Black" with an approximate retail value of $1380 USD (the "Prize").
5. Winner Selection:
5.1. The Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2. The Winner will be contacted via email on January 27th, 2025.
5.3. If the selected Winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days after the initial contact attempt or is found to be ineligible, Marathon Watch Company reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.
6. Prize Acceptance:
6.1. The Winner must respond to the prize notification within seven (7) days of receiving the initial notification. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternative Winner may be selected.
6.2. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.3. The Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility in order to claim the Prize.
7. Publicity:
7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Marathon Watch Company the right to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Terms:
8.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Marathon Watch Company, which are final and binding.
8.2. Marathon Watch Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
8.3. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
